Ben Myers

Ben is the Editor and Executive Vice President of Urbanation. In addition to managing the Urbanation team, Ben tracks and analyses Toronto’s highrise condominium market on a quarterly basis, which is complied and published in Urbanation’s quarterly Condominium Market Survey. He has a an Economics Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since graduation Ben has worked for several real estate research firms  including Trimart Research Corporation and Altus Clayton in the GTA, and Hanley Wood Market Intelligence in Dallas, Texas. Ben’s expertise includes: market feasibility studies for all types of housing, surveys and focus groups, OMB prep work, market input into community design and housing demand studies. Ben is currently pursuing a Degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Eve Lewis

Eve is the founder of Urbanation and continues to play an advisory role in the publication. Eve has a Masters Degree from the University of Toronto and nearly 25 years of experience in the condominium development industry. Her career has focused on market research and analysis, product design, project marketing and strategic sales management.

Pauline Lierman

Pauline is the Senior Research Analyst at Urbanation. Pauline utilizes her ten years of experience in the GTA real estate and development industry to provide insightful analysis of high-rise condominium market trends, with a pragmatic and contextual outlook. Prior to joining the Urbanation team, Pauline’s experience in the field of market analysis and consulting included positions at N. Barry Lyon Consultants Ltd. and RealNet Canada Inc. Her expertise includes: market feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, site evaluation and positioning, needs and demand analysis for all forms of residential development. Pauline holds a Degree in Urban Geography from McMaster University and has pursued graduate level studies at York University with an interest in new urbanism communities.
